Our Guarantee


If located in Canada, your purchased will be shipped to you using the Canpar Express courier service. We have found they provide the best rates and fastest shipping times. If you live in a remote area of Canada that Canpar does not reach, or if you would like to use an alternate shipping courier, please contact us prior to checking out.

For international orders, we normally use DHL, but can also use an alternate shipping courier if desired. Please contact us before making your purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are added to your order total. Shipping costs will depend on the type of item(s) you purchase (size and weight), insured amount, as well as the shipping destination.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs if returning an item irrespective of reason.

Shipping Insurance

You will have the opportunity to insure the value of your item against shipping loss or damages during checkout.


Our policy last for 15 days starting on the day you received your order. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

In order to qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

To complete you return, proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.

Any item which is not in its original condition, not in its original packaging, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be exchanged or refunded.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item Shipping cost is non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, or refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

All items marked as ‘Second’ are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Any item returned to us more than 15 days after delivery will be sent back.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once an item is returned to us and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of you item, and will indicate if your refund will be approved or rejected.

If accepted, your refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds may take several days to show up on your credit card due to credit card and bank processing times.      

Discount Items

Seconds and Sales items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Only regularly priced items may be returned or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. Exchanges can only be done to replace the same item.
